Our owner Lucas’ grandfather started the business in 1965, before passing it down to Lucas’ father in 1993, and then to Lucas and his wife Arianna in 2024. Meet Jeremy Feucht! I have lived in Mayville most of my life. 2001 graduate of Mayville high school. Graduate of moraine park technical college with degrees in tool making and tool design. Married my wife, Nicole in 2013. Have 3 kids Avah, Tristen and Henley. I love most things outdoors. I coach baseball, football and basketball in my spare time. I enjoy working at AWP because it is something different almost every day. There is a great family atmosphere here. And it is gratifying to be able to help people, farmers, and businesses, providing them with water solutions.

Meet our owners! Lucas has been working for AWP for his whole life, and we are now the Third Generation owning this business. I, Arianna, am a Business Relationship Manager for U.S. Bank and manage businesses up to $50 million at day and manage our business at night! We have two beautiful boys who keep us on our toes every day of the year. Between all of our family members, our time is spent outside hiking, kayaking, golfing, playing dartball, karate, baseball and football! We are so thankful to be a part of this journey with our community and look forward to many more years.

Meet Sarah Woods Lackas! I am the proud child of a Navy veteran of 22 years, so I have done my fair share of globetrotting across the US. I like to think that it helped develop my ease in adapting to new situations and environments. I went to college at Southern Illinois University Carbondale where I studied pre-med but ultimately decided to start a family. I have a pretty awesome daughter freshly in her teen years which is definitely a handful. I’ve worked in a business office role since 2004 taking a break after my daughter was born to attend to her needs. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures. Cruising is my all time favorite way to vacation with my little family. I love helping and meeting new people and I am always up for a challenge or learning something new.
